KYN28A-12 Indoor Withdrawable Metal-Clad Switchgear
Description
The KYN28A-12 indoor withdrawable metal-clad switchgear is a comprehensive power distribution device for 3.6–12 kV, three-phase AC, 50/60 Hz, single-bus sectionalized systems. It is primarily used for power transmission from medium and small generators in power plants, receiving and transmitting electricity for substations in distribution stations and energy systems of factories, mines, and enterprises, etc., to control, protect, and monitor the system. It complies with IEC 62271-1, IEC 62271-200, and other relevant standards.
The switchgear features prevention of: pushing or pulling the manual breaker trolley under load, incorrect breaker closing or opening, breaker operation while the earthing switch is engaged, entry into an energized compartment, incorrect operation, and provides interlocking of the earthing switch when under voltage. The standardized manual trolley cabinet, after optimized design, is essentially a power distribution device with excellent performance.

Cabinets and partitions are made of steel sheets with hot-dip Al-Zn alloy coating, and the frame uses multi-bending technology, providing high overall strength and good grounding continuity.
Fully considers the working characteristics of power systems with an ungrounded or arc-suppression coil-grounded neutral, increasing insulation clearances and improving insulation level to meet high insulation strength requirements.
Fully metal-clad construction and absolute compartmentalization.
Protection degree IP4X effectively prevents intrusion of foreign objects and insects into the equipment.
Can be installed away from the wall for convenient two-sided maintenance or against the wall, occupying less space.
Optimized standardized design: higher overload capacity, better partial discharge control, more reliable mechanical interlocks, more effective internal arc protection, and improved interchangeability.
