Brief description of the product

YBM series prefabricated substation is a compact switchgear including high voltage switchgear, distribution transformer, switchgear, electric power metrology device and reactive power compensator, all devices are packed into one or more cubic blocks, which are connected according to correct logical electric circuits. It is suitable for three-phase AC system with rated voltage of 10/0.4kV. It can be used for power generation and distribution in factories, mines, oil fields, ports, airports, urban public buildings, highways, underground facilities and other places.

The prefabricated substation has the technical advantages of strong character of the whole device, compact volume, good appearance, safe and reliable operation, easy maintenance, good appearance, convenient movement, deep load center location, short construction period, reduced waste and other advantages.

Environmental conditions

Height: Not more than 1000m.

Ambient temperature: no more than +40 ℃ and no less than 45 ℃.

Relative humidity: average daily value no more than 95%, average monthly value no more than 90%.

Seismic resistance level: horizontal acceleration <0.3g, vertical acceleration <0.15g.

Installation location: Good ventilation, chemical corrosion and strong vibration at the product installation location. The vertical slope is less than 3 degrees.

Product Features

The cabinet has two designs: one is frame welding, in which the frame is first welded to the steel, then the riveting is pulled out or the panel is welded. The other option is skeleton assembly; the steel plate is formed by bending and forming the surface. Finally, the steel plate is assembled by bolting. The frame assembly is characterized by the expansion of the low voltage outgoing unit, which can accommodate at least 6 panels of low voltage switchgear, with 812 loops. The prefabricated substation can be configured for corridor and duty room operation.

It has good thermal insulation and ventilation. The cabinet adopts a double-layer structure, and the thermal insulation material is also installed in the intermediate layer, which effectively reduces the temperature increase caused by sunlight. The transformer compartment is located on. At the top of the automatic ventilation fans of the side gate, the upper part is equipped with a damper, ensuring the safe operation of the transformer under full load in the high temperature season.

Safe and reliable operation. On the HT side of the transformer substation, the RMU models XGN15-12 and SRM-12 are selected, and other types of metal-shell switchgear can also be used, full interlocking with five interlocks. Each door frame has a good waterproof structure.

It is convenient to operate and maintain. Each compartment has an automatic lighting device, the transformer compartment has rails and a trolley, convenient for installation, maintenance and replacement of the transformer. The HT and LT compartments use front wiring and front maintenance.

The appearance is beautiful and durable. The cabinet body is made of high-performance marine epoxy primer with high zinc content and epoxy anti-corrosion solution, which has good anti-corrosion property, and the surface color can be adjusted arbitrarily according to the different environment. All electrical installations are galvanized and equipped with a special universal anti-lock and anti-corrosion lock.
